eBook Terms of Service

1. License grant — browser streaming only

Your purchase grants a non-exclusive, non-transferable, single-user personal license to read the eBook via the CheerDI in-browser Web Reader on cheerdi.com. Physical / downloadable PDF files are not provided. No copyright ownership is transferred.

2. Traceable watermarks & screen-leak deterrence

Every page shown in the Web Reader displays buyer-identifying dynamic watermarks (including your email address and order ID), including footer stamps and diagonal overlays. These marks exist to deter and trace unauthorized screenshots, screen recordings, and redistribution.

3. Technical restrictions

• Access is delivered only through the tokenized Web Reader at /read/<token>
• Right-click, text selection, printing, and common save shortcuts are blocked in the reader UI
• No email PDF attachment is sent; master source files are never published as open static URLs
• Streamed pages remain watermarked and access-controlled

4. Prohibited uses

• Public sharing, posting, or uploading book content (or substantial excerpts) to websites, social media, cloud folders, torrents, or file-sharing services
• Reselling, sublicensing, renting, or redistributing access links to others
• Using the work to train public AI models or for commercial republication without written permission

5. Access limits

Secure Web Reader links remain valid for 30 days from purchase, or up to 100 reader opens, whichever comes first. After expiry, contact support with your order receipt if you need assistance. Sharing your private reading link is prohibited.

6. All sales final

Because this is digital streaming content delivered immediately via email link, all sales are final upon delivery of access. Refunds are not offered once the Web Reader link has been provided, except where required by applicable law.
